Entirely natural sea salt, harvested in the nature reserve of the ancient saltworks of Ibiza. Sal de Ibiza is completely additive-free and it does not contain anti-caking agents of any kind! Produced by age old traditional methods, only sun-dried then ground. It is exceptionally rich in vital minerals and trace elements. Perfect for making salt crusts. This high moisture salt may contain "lumps", which show it's characteristic high quality. Can either be a grinder refill or a coarse salt for cooking.
