Fall Baking Spices with Cortney - $55 per person
It’s time to hit the spice room! First we’ll learn how to blend our own Pumpkin, Apple, Chai and Holiday Spice blends. Then we’ll head into the studio to whip up some unexpected recipes using our handmade spices. Learn how to balance your flavors, how to determine ratios when making spice blends and how to incorporate “baking” spices into more than just plain ole’ baked goods. This is a hands-on class.
