Butter My Biscuits with Cortney - $55 per person
Having a hard time making fluffy, light high-altitude biscuits? Or do you just love biscuits? In this class we’ll learn how to make four different types of biscuits so you can choose your favorite. We’ll also discuss how to make high-altitude adjustments and we’ll take a look at the best flours to use for airy biscuits. This is a hands-on class.
