Or at least we’ll say it’s the altitude…Cortney explains high-altitude cooking and why it impacts more than just baking. Learn all about our air pressure, boiling points, candy-making and more. Plus, she’ll make recipes that demonstrate before and after high-altitude adjustments. This is a demonstration class.
