Spice Of The Month: Ibzar with Cortney - $60 per person
This year we’ll be switching over from our herb of the month to a spice of the month! And we’re kicking it off with a good one! Ibzar, also know as Gulf Spices hails from the Middle East and emcompasses both warm spices and chilies for a unique blend. In this class we’ll head into the spice room to blend a fresh batch while we talk about the ingredients, then we’ll head into the studio and cook up 4 great recipes that use it to develop an amazing flavor profile. This is a hands-on class.
