Peachy Keen with Cortney - $60 per person
In this class we’ll look at four different varieties of peaches, do a tasting and then cook with each one. Peaches will depend on what is ripe and in season. We’ll talk about the difference between cling peaches, semi-cling and freestone peaches and how to know which are which. This is a hands-on class.
