Veg Head: Plant Proteins with Cortney - $55 per person
Are you trying to eat a more plant-based diet? Or are you a vegetarian or vegan and need inspiration to add more flavor and variety to your meals? Then this is the class for you! We will start out with a discussion on plant based proteins, where to buy them and how to use them. Then we’ll move into the studio to learn 4 great recipes that you can incorporate into your kitchens! This is a hands-on class. This class is vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free.
