Herb of the Month: Sage with Cortney - $55 per person
Sage doesn’t have to be just for Thanksgiving dinner! Learn how to use this powerful herb in ways you may never have imagined. In this class we will discuss how to grow sage, the history of the herb and it’s medicinal uses. Then we move into the kitchen and cook up FOUR great recipes that all include sage. This is a hands-on class.
