American Regional: Chowder vs. Chowdah with Dave
Get ready for fall with these hearty chowders. With these two soup recipes, Dave will teach you how to make a roux, and the difference between New England Clam Chowder and Manhattan Clam Chowder. The gauntlet will be thrown down and it’ll be up to you to decide which is the better of these two highly prized chowders! This is an online, live & interactive cooking class. Gather will provide a recipe kit with the ingredients, available for pick up or you can choose to shop on your own. Food will be cooked in your own kitchen with your own equipment. Each recipe serves 4.

Classes will be taught using Zoom. Please make sure your device is compatible before booking by joining a test class HERE. There will be a few simple steps needed before joining our online classes. You will receive an instruction guide and link 24 hours prior to your class walking you through a few easy steps.
