This month we are featuring Cortney’s favorite spice blend – Za’atar! This blend from the Middle East adds herbal, zesty flavor to any dish. Learn how to blend sumac, thyme, oregano and sesame to make this amazing spice that is great with veggies, poultry or pork. Then leave with a full-sized bag of Gather Za’atar to replicate these recipes at home! This is a hands-on class.
