Under Pressure: Pasta Night with Cortney $55 per person
It’s time for our monthly pressure cooker class! Have you wondered what it takes to make a more than ordinary pasta in your pressure cooker? Something that doesn’t taste like jarred sauce, frozen meat and spaghetti? In this class learn how to pick the right pasta for the right sauce, how to figure out the liquid to pasta ratio and what kind of pasta not to use, all just for your pressure cooker! This is a hands-on class.
