Baguettes & Butter with Laurie - $50 per person
“Rise” to the challenge of baking French baguettes from scratch! In this introductory bread class Laurie will teach you how to turn four basic ingredients into beautiful brown bundles of deliciousness. While we wait for our bread, learn how to make butter from scratch, then turn it into delicious honey-cinnamon butter using local honey. This is a hands-on class.
