In this fun class we are going to make different types of gravy’s that’ll take your turkey to the next level! But that’s not all… We are also going to have an in-depth talk about what to consider when making gravys’, how to thicken – roux vs. cornstarch, and other tips and tricks to sauce making. This is a hands-on class.
