Lighten Up: Thanksgiving with Chef Cortney Smith - $50 per person
It’s time to lighten up again – this time we’re tackling Thanksgiving dinner. In this class we look at simple ways that you can make these classic holiday foods healthier and guilt-free. There is a way to celebrate Thanksgiving without feeling overloaded. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe. We’ll package up some of each recipe for everyone to try!
