Four Pasta Sauces with San Marzano Tomatoes with Dave - $55 per person
San Marzano tomatoes come from the Campania region of southern Italy and are highly prized for their wonderfully sweet and acidic flavor. In this class, we are going to learn about San Marzano tomatoes, and taste them against regular store bought tomatoes.  Then we are going to take the tomatoes and make 4 tomato sauces that will be the perfect addition to your any night of the week recipe repertoire.  And finally, there will be a pre-cooked pasta bar for you to marry up your sauces with pasta and to take home for a tasty dinner!    This is a hands-on class.
