Have you ever wondered what Black Garlic is or why it is so expensive? Join Dave as he breaks out the Black Garlic Machine (yes, that’s a real thing) and talks about and shows you the process of making black garlic, learn how the Maillard reaction is process responsible and why black garlic is mistakenly referred to as “fermented” garlic. Then we cook with it!. You will also take home a jar of black garlic! This is a hands-on class.
