Cooking with Quinoa with Cortney - $55
This protein packed grain has become a common part of our recipes over the past 5 years. But are you looking for more creative ways to cook with quinoa? This class will teach you several different ways to use it – cooked in it’s natural state, ground into a flour for gluten-free baked goods, used as breadcrumbs and used in a baking recipe to provide structure so that they don’t fall at altitude. This is a hands-on class.
