Middle Eastern Lunch: Persia with Dave - $50 per person
Persian (Iranian) cuisine is special because the country itself is nestled between the Middle East and the Far East making it a melting pot for many different flavors, techniques, and ingredients. In this second class of this years Middle East lunch series, we are going to talk about some of the ingredients that make Persian cuisine special, and how they achieve such deep and complex flavors. This is a hands-on class.

- Ghromeh Sabzi – Persian Beef and Kidney Bean Stew
- Kuku Sabzi – Persian Egg Frittata with Rose Petals
- Ash-e Reshteh – Iranian Noodle Soup
- Taftan with Beetroot Borani - Saffron scented Flatbread with Roasted Beet/Yogurt Dip
