2-Day Master Dough Workshop with Cortney - $100 per person
This TWO day workshop will teach you one great master sweet dough recipe that you can use as a base for many different recipes. This amazing yeasted sweet dough ferments overnight, for the most tender, fluffy results. If you have been trying to perfect a sweet dough at our altitude or just get started with bread making this is a great class for you.
On day one we discuss bread making techniques and make our dough that will ferment overnight. We will take our time making our dough the right way, with plenty of time not to rush though the process. Then we will prep any items that we need for the next day.
On day two we make four different recipes with our master dough.
