I Can’t Get No Satay-Faction (…and other grilled meats on sticks) with Dave $55 per person
If you have never had Satay before, you are in for a real treat! Seasoned and skewered chunks of meat that are grilled and sometimes lacquered with a sweet and sticky sauce… what’s not to love about that? In this fun class, we are going to talk about this Indonesian street treat and make two different kinds of Satay. We are also going to make two different kinds of grilled chicken and beef skewers from other countries in Asia. This is a class I wouldn’t miss! This is a hands-on class.
