Crumpets & Scones with Cortney - $50 per person
We’ve done scones before, but get ready for high-tea with the addition of crumpets! These light and holey treats are perfect for breakfast or for an afternoon tea. Learn the tricks on how to get the holes just right on the tops of the crumpets and learn how to get a flaky, buttery scone. Then add a little tart lemon-basil curd for a bright finish. This is a hands-on class.
