Middle Eastern Lunch: Anatolian Turkey with Dave $55 per person
The Anatolian Peninsula, or Asian Turkey cuisine is special because the country sat on the silk road, uniting Europe with Asia, and making it a melting pot for many different flavors, techniques, and ingredients. In this third class of this years Middle East lunch series, we are going to talk about and make some of the dishes that make Anatolian food a favorite! This is a hands-on class.

- Lamb and Mint Stuffed Peppers with Currants
- Kofte Kebab with Toasted Pita, Spicy Tomato Sauce and Yogurt
- Roasted Chicken with Bulghur, Preserved Lemons, and Pomegranate Molasses
