Baguettes & Butter with Chef Laurie Carroll - $50 per person
“Rise” to the challenge of baking French baguettes from scratch! In this introductory bread class Laurie will teach you how to turn four basic ingredients into beautiful brown bundles of deliciousness. Make dough to bring home and bake later, then use Laurie’s prepared dough to shape and bake. While you wait for your bread to bake, learn how to make butter from scratch. This class is taught in our workshop format. You will work in groups of two but make your very own baguettes. PLEASE BRING A BOWL AND KITCHEN TOWEL FOR THE DOUGH YOU WILL TAKE HOME.
