Fall is here and it’s time to talk squash. Explore 4 different types of squash and use them 4 different ways. You can eat all season long without getting bored with this fall favorite. We’ll squash any fear you have about cutting, cooking or eating these gourds. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe. We’ll package up some of each recipe for everyone to try!

- Butternut: Butternut Squash & Green Chili Enchiladas
- Spaghetti: Pesto Chicken Butternut Squash
- Acorn: Acorn Squash-and-Pear Purée with Glazed Almonds
- Seasonal Surprise: We’ll buy a fun, seasonal squash and create a recipe
