This fun class menu was brought to me by a bachelorette party and it was so good that I brought it back for our regular schedule! Join us for a night that explores multi-step recipes that combine to make amazing South American Flavors. Each recipe in this class includes multiple steps, technique and then finally combines to make one amazing final meal. Don’t miss this one! This is a hands-on class.
On the menu:
- Lomo Saltado – The classic dish of Peru! Steak and French fries atop of a bed of rice!!
- Chicken Escabache – A delicious spicy, pickled chicken dish
- Causa Rellena - Mashed Potatoes, Chicken and an amazing sauce molded into a stunning layered entree
- Alfajores with Dulce de Leche – Light and airy cookies held together with caramel.
