National Coconut Cream Pie Day with Cortney - $65 per person
It’s just not a month at Gather without a pie class! And this month we have a holiday to celebrate – National Coconut Cream Pie Day – HOORAY! In this class Cortney will teach you how to make a great homemade pie crust, how to roll it out and secrets of a perfect blind baked crust. Once our crust is chilling we move onto our cream pie filling, then we’l whip up some Chantilly cream and get out the piping bags. This class will be taught in our workshop format. You will share a station with a partner but make your very own pie to take home!
