4-Hour Black Forest Cake Roll Workshop - $75 per person
As we continue to add technical baking classes to our schedule we hope to bring you sweet treats that you have been wanting to conquer at home. In this class we’ll work on making a great chocolate sponge that is altitude-proof and rolls like a dream. Learn how to make a light sponge batter, bake it to the perfect texture, then train it to roll into a swiss roll. Then we’ll make a light cherry cream filling, fill and roll our cakes then glaze it with a classic chocolate ganache. We’ll also temper chocolate and make our own designs on the marble slab to finish off our desserts like pros! This is a hands-on class.
