Maple Syrup with Cortney - $75 per person
It’s Maple Syrup Saturday! It’s a real holiday – the third Saturday of March is a designated day to celebrate this syrupy goodness. In this class we’ll do a maple syrup tasting, talk about the different grades and what they mean and help you know how to buy a good quality syrup. Plus we have a special un-processed maple syrup coming in directly from northern Minnesota! This is a hands-on class.
