Spring Is In The Air with Cortney - $65pp
It’s the first day of Spring! In my traditional style, we’re celebrating the change of season with a change of food! This class will celebrate the fresher flavors of spring, while still being hearty for the cool nights. Learn how to work with puff pastry, make a perfect chicken breast and how to make the simplest, show-stopping tomatoes. In this class each group of 2 will make all three recipes, then split them to take home!
