Very Vanilla with Chef Cortney Smith - $75 per person
It’s one of Cortney’s favorite topics – VANILLA! Learn all about this botanic beauty: where it comes from, what the difference is in varieties and how to choose the best one. The we’ll highlight vanilla in four great recipes where you can taste the difference. Each student will also leave with a 2 ounce bottle of our LAFAZA Madagascar Vanilla to use at home. This class is taught in our workshop format. You will work in groups of two but make recipes of your own to take home!
