Total Eclipse Of The Tart with Cortney - $65 per person
In this 3-hour tart workshop we will learn how to make a perfect tart crust and filling. We’ll be focusing in on citrus and fruit tarts in this class and will also cover how to make citrus curds and pastry cream. Bake and roll out a perfectly round crust with Cortney’s rolling technique, then focus in on making an amazing filling that will have everyone thinking that you bought your tart at a bakery! This is a hands-on class.
