Kids In The Kitchen (Ages 11-14): Crème Brulee with Cortney - $35 per person
Are your kids obsessed with ordering crème brulee when you go out to eat? For $6-$8 each, why not teach them how to make this easy recipe at home? In this class we’ll go over classic crème dessert techniques like tempering eggs, how and why to use a water bath and what scalding means. We’ll also practice our knife skills by learning how to cut and prepare berries for dessert. This is hands-on class. Lunch is included in the price.
