2-Day Braided Bread Workshop with Laurie - $125 per person
Take your bread making to the next level! In this class we’ll focus on beautiful braided breads that would be great additions to your Easter brunch or dinner. Learn how to make 4 different types of breads and how to properly braid so that you get a perfectly baked loaf, all the way through. Laurie will cover bread basics, braiding, adding flavors and fruit and will also teach you how to make stunning bread that looks like it came straight from a bakery! This is a hands-on class.
On the menu:
- Day 1: Make & Bake Basic Braided Breads: Cardamom and Stromboli. Prep bread for Day 2.
- Day 2: Chocolate Babka and Spiced Apple Star Bread
