The Basque region in Spain is home to some of the best food in the world. Situated between Spain and France, it has its own cuisine and flair for rich and diverse food. This class is going to explore some of the flavors that make this region a gastronome’s Mecca. This is a hands-on class.

- Basque Chicken Stew
- Seared Cod Piperade
- Patata Tortilla with Salsa Vizcaina (with imported Choricero peppers!)
- Goxua – Basque Cake, Custard, and Cream Dessert
