Khmer (Cambodian) cuisine is sometimes referred to as the same but different food of Southeast Asia. A melting pot of French, Chinese, and Vietnamese influences, Khmer cuisine is a fun and exciting way to take hot, sour, salty, and sweet and balance them in a whole new, exciting, and unforgettable way! This is a hands-on class.
