Lighten Up: Fried Favorites with Cortney - $55 per person
In this class we learn how to lighten up some of our classic fried favorites to make them more healthful and keep them satisfying. Learn how to add flavor to healthy foods so that they are delicious, filling and NOT BORING!! We’ll look at the nutritional information of the dishes before and after so that you can feel good about the choices that you make and can make small changes that will make big changes in your overall health. We will also spend the first hour of this class in open discussion for you to ask questions that you may have about healthy eating and cooking. This is a hands-on class.
