Spice Road with Cortney - $75 per person
It’s World Food Day and we’re going to celebrate in our favorite way – with spices! In this class we’ll use four of our favorite spice blends from around the world to create flavor packed recipes that will get you out of your recipe rut. Each group will make their own blend in the spice room, them move into the studio to cook up a spice packed dish. And you’ll leave with a package of the spice blend that you make! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe. We’ll package up some of each recipe for everyone to try!

- Za’atar: Za’atar and Pomegranate Roasted Chicken with Homemade Pita
- Thai Green Curry: Massaman Curry with Coconut Rice
- Herbs de Provence: Cassoulet
