When you don’t have time to go to Paris, bring Paris to you with this French Bistro inspired class. Join Dave as he and make a twist on the classic cold potato soup, talks about wrapping and stuffing fish, braising techniques for vegetables, and takes one of the most iconic French desserts and spins it with Middle-Eastern flair. This is a hands-on.
