It’s Thanksgiving month! Are you tired of dry, overcooked turkey? Or just looking for some new flavors to incorporate into your holiday? In this class we will use turkey breasts to mimic a full-size bird and will brine, rub and inject them until they are bursting with flavor. Learn how to make all of our rubs, brines and injections from scratch. You’ll never buy them again! Then decide which one you’ll make for your big day! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe. We’ll package up some of each recipe for everyone to try!

- Low Salt Brine, Spicy Herb Injection, Cortney’s Cajun Rub (Cortney’s Turkey Day Go-To Combo)
- Basic Herb Brine, Classic Herb Rub, Herb Butter-Injection (For the traditionalist)
- Bourbon Brine, Maple Injection, Peppercorn Rosemary Rub (For the one who likes it sweet & spicy)
- Citrus Brine, Citrus-Sage Rub, Citrus Honey Injection (For the one who likes a little zest)
