National Ravioli Day with Dave - $75
This is the second of six “Filled Pastas” classes Dave is teaching in 2020 (one every other month). Stuffed Pastas used to only be dishes for the aristocrats, but now is a food that everyone can enjoy! If you have ever bought the store made versions of these wonderful filled pastas and have wanted to learn how to make them from scratch at home, this class is for you! In this technical class, we are going to be making everything from scratch. This is a hands-on class.

- Pansotti – Triangle Shaped, Ricotta Stuffed Ravioli, Walnut Sauce
- Casunziei – Half Moon Shaped, Beet Filling, Brown Butter and Poppy Seeds
- Ravioli; Square, Filling of Goat Cheese and Asparagus, White Wine and Lemon Butter Sauce
- Ravioli; Round, Fried, Ricotta Three Cheese Filling, Arrabbiata Sauce
