Pressure Cooker Conversions with Cortney - $65 per person
Do you love your pressure cooker or Instant Pot, but you want to learn how to take it to the next level? In this class Cortney teaches you how to convert everyday recipes for your pressure cooker. We’ll look at the before recipe, then the after recipe and discuss how it has been converted and how you can figure out how to do this at home with your own recipes. We will spend half of this class discussing how to convert recipes and half making 4 great recipes to inspire you to start converting your own recipes. In this class you are invited to bring a recipe that you would like to discuss converting PLUS as with any pressure cooker class, feel free to bring your pressure cooker from home. You can use it during class to get more familiar with your very own pressure cooker (please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your pressure cooker). This class is both discussion and hands-on.
