All About Kimchi with Dave - $75 per person
Kimchi is the very traditional fermented cabbage side dish of Korean cuisine. Its unique flavor comes from chiles, garlic, ginger, and lots of red pepper that are mixed with cabbage and then undergo lactic acid fermentation where it sours and gets effervescent. In this class, Dave is going to start by showing you how to make homemade kimchi. Then, it is off to get inspired using it as an ingredient! This is a hands-on class.
