My passion for food and its preparation started as a young girl. At my grandmother’s side for elaborate holiday meals and studying her every move for the Sunday morning poached egg, I developed a desire to learn more about the mysteries of the food we eat.
I went on to earn a degree in Restaurant/Hotel management and spent many years working through the hospitality system in various positions. I was blessed to do two internships with a Certified Master Chef who helped refine my talent at a young age.
My heart has always been in food preparation, all natural not processed, from the earth not from a warehouse. I look forward to sharing my passion for food with your whether you're a novice in the kitchen or an expect refining your knowledge!
